BEC-WC-28 Welding Chuck
BEC-WC-28 Welding Chuck - 3 Jaw Self Centering - Each Jaw is reversible and attaches by means of Quickset Ball Lock Pin to each of 3 Machined Slide Rails. Our Welding Chuck has a Scroll Plate Machine Chuck at its center as opposed to the standard use of a screw actuated cam lever. Our chuck allows to use of mush more gripping force with out "slipover". We also provide replaceable End Plates which are bolted to each Jaw. These allow repeat welding to the part when lowed, for added safety against the part falling from the chuck due to the effects of thermal expansion and contraction. These chucks have a standard holding capacity of 1 1/2" - 26" OD and 6" to 33" ID.

Outboard Support Stands
BEC OBS-3000An indispensable companion and naturally compliments any job utilizing a welding Positioner. They are also used in pairs to do manual rollout work. The capacity the BEC OBS-3000 is 2” through 18” diameter pipe. Allowing most of the job requirements in a shop to be covered with this one general purpose stand.
Has a weight capacity of 3000 pounds and an adjustable height range from 20 to 36”. Utilizing a 1 ½ Acme Adjustable screw provides strength, stability and smooth adjustments, even under load.
Can be ordered with steel wheels, rubber (various types and durometer), or polyurethane, depending on your application. All OBS-3000 wheels come equipped with sealed needle bearings to provide a long life under rugged conditions.
Comes standard with a three point adjustable base or can be ordered with V-Groove wheels (3000V) on a square base for track mounting and extra stability.
Can also be custom ordered to suite your particular needs or requirements
